Technical Details

The MAI®MULTIMIX-3D is equipped with a 7" color touch display, which allows the machine to operate intuitively. The machine has three MAI®NET connections as standard, which can be used to control additional devices. All relevant operating data and the data from the sensors integrated in the machine (water temperature, air temperature, humidity, mortar temperature, mortar pressure) and the operating data from the additional devices are shown on the display.

All operating parameters of the machine and the additional devices can be set both via the display and via the OPC-UA interface. The integrated MAI®iCONNECT also makes it possible to mirror the display to mobile devices or computers via WLAN or LAN. This means that the operating status can also be monitored from these devices, and parameters can be adjusted if necessary.
