All 3D Potter printers come with a 1-year warranty. You may add a maximum of 2 years of warranty per printer, for a total warranty life of 3 years. Be sure to read our agreement so you know what is covered.

Tech support will be free as long as the warranty is active. Afterwards, tech support will be charged at $100/hr. Extended warranties are available for $250/year for all models except for the Scara series. Scara series warranties are $450/year. You can still call/email at any time for simple and easy questions, even out of warranty. If you need step-by-step tutorials, please watch our tutorial videos, which cover everything about our printers.
