We Build the Printer, You Build What’s Next
West Palm Beach Home
At 3D Potter, we take great pride in manufacturing 3D printers that support impactful projects, such as 3D printed homes. Featuring a hybrid structural system that combines modular building techniques with continuous on-site printing, this project has set a new standard for construction 3D printing. Spanning approximately 12,000 square feet, with 9,000 square feet of conditioned living space, the property includes a main residence, a two-story garage, and a pool house. Notable architectural elements include a custom 3D-printed fireplace, kitchen island, stylized columns, and more. The structure is built using high-performance materials from Sika, ensuring outstanding durability, strength, and long-term performance. In addition to high-quality materials, the home is being printed exclusively with our Scara Elite Roadrunner, completely gantry-free.
This project is delivered in collaboration with our sister company, ProBuild3D, which provides specialized training in operating our advanced 3D printing systems. From concept to completion, the design and execution are led by Marco Designs, a recognized leader and innovator in 3D-printed construction.
100% 3D Printed
Our revolutionary project in West Palm Beach, FL, sets a new standard for construction 3D printing. Every wall in this home has been 3D printed using our Scara Elite Roadrunner; no gantry systems were used during this project. The Scara simplifies the construction site with its compact design. This machine can be transported, installed, and operated by a team of just 3-5 people, significantly reducing project cost and build time.
Building a Better Future
At 3D Potter, we are committed to sustainability. 3D printed homes are an incredible solution to creating affordable, sustainable, and reliable housing. Just a few reasons include:
- Lower labor costs for construction companies mean lower home prices
- Less material is wasted due to more efficient equipment
- These homes are weather, fire, and termite-proof
- Superior insulation results in lower energy consumption
