Mixcell Lite

The Mixcell Lite is a streamlined, cost-effective version of the Mixcell, designed specifically for use with the Scara V4 system. It provides reliable mixing and controlled material additives while reducing overall system complexity and cost. Engineered for 2K cementitious materials, Mixcell Lite supports consistent performance for large-scale cement printing applications, including builds up to 42 inches tall when paired with the Scara V4. Its simplified design uses lower-cost components without sacrificing dependable material control. The system runs on a standard 110V power requirement and is optimized for straightforward setup and operation, making it a practical solution for streamlined production workflows.

The flow rate of accelerant and color is up to 440ml per minute. The machine can use accelerant and color simultaneously. Mixcell speed, accelerant, and color are all electronically metered. An integrated high-flow water-injection system enables immediate cleanup and purging of the mixing chamber after printing or during setup.
